Before You Book
Appointment policies
Deposit
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required. No deposit means the appointment is not confirmed.
Hair Preparation
Hair must be washed, fully blown out and free of oils or products. Clients provide braiding hair unless otherwise arranged.
Late Arrivals
15 minutes late: $10 fee. At 20 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed with 24-hour notice. A new deposit is required after that.
Travel
A $25 travel fee applies. Additional fees may apply for long-distance travel.
